Your Love and Support means everything to me. I can only imagine how it is to worry about your sons everyday among all the other stresses in your life. Time and time again you make it work.  Over the years, you have truly been the rock that has held this family together. The most amazing thing to be in witness is seeing you still provide Chad and I a home to come to despite the fact that you are living off unemployment alone. It is a reminder to me of your strength to survive when it seems that all hope is lost.  But I must not forget that aside from this you have raised Chad and I both from nights of illness, school events, fights, and growing up as hard headed and different as we were. At this point in my life I feel as though I’ve really messed up everything and that there is no way out. And still, your comforting words and faith give me reason to believe that I’m not a worthless person and that I must be patient for the good things that await me.  I love you so much Mom. Please don’t give up on me. These bumps in my road may slow me down, but as you say: nothing is permanent, what we go through is temporary. To be your son is what ultimately makes me happy. My goal in life is to make you proud of me. Whatever challenge life throws at us, we’ will face it together. I love you so much, and I’ll be coming home soon.Love Always-BEAU-

It Feels Good to Talk About it

I finally came clean to some very close friends about my problem that I have been keeping in for the longest time.  It was a move that I was scared to make. I initially never wanted to express my vulnerability like that. But I did. And they listened. And they reassured me that I didn’t have to be alone in this. I’m really glad i made this move. I love these guys so much. Allen, Gino, Niko, Ochey, and Jovelle. Thank you for taking time out of your schedules for me. It has been a really big and emotional day for me, but I feel that I can start planning my next steps forward.
